Jane graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in law. While at the school of law, she participated in an exchange program at Navarra University School of Law in Spain, where her study focused on International Corporate Law and International Arbitration. During her time at the Tsinghua Law School, she served as a judicial intern at the Supreme People’s Court of the PRC and obtained the People’s Republic of China Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.

Jane has worked with clients on corporate formation, copyright filling, contract negotiation, review and drafting, production financing, and distribution. She has participated in many projects, such as the intellectual property protection of “Giant Rubber Duck” in China, commissioned design project named “Design More” of Beijing Design Week (2014), the project of equity investment regarding Alibaba Group’s film and TV project. A proud native of Chengdu (Sichuan province), she can’t live without very spicy food.
